We are excited to announce our next free public workshop here at Garner Grows Community Garden:
Bee Friendly: Practices to Support Native Bees
Join us for a discussion about native bees and some tips on how you can encourage them in your garden. In addition to discussing helpful practices, we will try our hand at crafting bee hotels to setup around our garden and yours.
If you would like to attend, please fill out the brief form below so that we can be prepared for the estimated number of attendees.
Afterwards, we will have a selection of native plants which are known to support pollinators available to browse and buy. The sale portion of the day is open to the general public, without registering for and attending the workshop, so tell a friend!
* Please wear closed-toe shoes appropriate for walking in a garden, and if you have them, bring a pair of garden shears (marked with your name).
