If you are thinking of joining Garner Grows Community Garden, you might be wondering just how active our membership is. To this end, we have made our general member activities available to view on this page, so you can get an idea of how often we meet. On this page you will find the Workdays, special public events, and private social events. Some of our workdays are open to the general public, so feel free to drop by and pitch in to see if you might like join as a member! (*Only members are entitled to take a share of the harvest). Public events are open to the public, but you may need to register for events with limited attendance, so please read the description. Our social events are only open to members, but we like to show them here on the public calendar so you can see that we aren’t all work and no play, but also like to get together and build friendships, putting the “community” into the term “Community Garden”!
Addresses for events that are open to the public are listed within the calendar entry, but for member-only workdays these addresses are only available to active members. If you are an active member, you can find these addresses listed in your weekly emailed schedule, or on the Member Calendar Page (please get in touch with Juliette@garnergrows.com if you do not have the password).
Calendar is presented in “Agenda” (list) view to make it more mobile friendly, but you can switch to Week or Month view using the tabs in the upper right-hand corner.
