As part of our agreement with The Town of Garner, we have promised each year to offer free memberships to at least 5 Garner households who fall into lower income brackets. This is just a minimum, however, as we have some members who are generous enough to sponsor free memberships as well. People outside of Garner are also eligible for these additional free memberships. Our scholarships are awarded using the honor system. We do not require proof of income, or proof that you are enrolled in any government low-income programs. If you would like to take advantage of one of our free scholarships, simply fill out our membership form, indicate that you believe you are in a low-income bracket, and request the $0 membership when it is time to choose your payment option.
