makes @ 1- 1 1/2 cups


1 ripe avocado, peeled

**1 plum tomato, chopped finely                            

**1/4 c finely chopped red or yellow bell pepper    

**1/4 c finely chopped green onions(about 3)

**1 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro

**juice of 1/2 a lime

**or about 1/2 cup of good, fresh salsa

salt and pepper to taste


Mash avocado with fork, and add in other ingredients, and mix.  It will take a good bit of salt to taste right.  Best made fresh and eaten right away. Add very finely chopped jalapeños or good hot sauce to add some heat.
